Badge Scanning and Lead Sharing

Your event badge includes a personal QR code linked to your registration details (name, email, company, and any other information provided during registration). Event partners and sponsors may scan your QR code using the official lead scanning app provided at the event. By allowing a partner or sponsor to scan your badge, you consent to sharing your registration details with that partner for the purpose of follow-up communication. If you do not wish to share your information with a specific partner, simply decline to have your badge scanned. SaaSiest does not share attendee contact information with partners or sponsors unless you have actively been scanned at their booth or activation.
